Marc Fey / biographical information EXPERIENCE Marc Fey brings over ten years of experience in ministry and eight years in high school and college teaching to his work with clients. A gifted communicator, he has the ability to draw out of a person the insights and answers which lead to solutions. He has a unique, winsome way of facilitating growth which empowers both individuals and organizations. COACHING PHILOSOPHY Optimistic in outlook and inspiring in approach, Marc believes that the circumstances of our lives are the catalyst for moving us toward more meaningful living, greater character development, and accelerated growth in skills and effectiveness. Marc views the coaching relationship as a partnership, and a powerful tool for professionals to see much growth occur over a very short period of time. TOOLS AND ASSESSMENT Marc Fey is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and has a great deal of experience working with the DiSC Test. He uses a variety of assessment tools to help clients understand their unique design for life in order that they achieve the maximum potential for their lives. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Marc Fey received his bachelors degree in English and Psychology from the University of California, Davis. He holds a Masters of Arts degree in Education from Claremont Graduate University and a Masters of Ministry degree from The Wagner Leadership Institute. He points, however, to his dedication to learn in "the school of life" as the most important aspect of his educational background. INTEGRATING LIFE Marc Fey finds that the teamwork he enjoys with his wife in the raising of their three children as the greatest part of the adventure of his life. His own motivation is grounded in a dedication to helping individuals discover their unique design for a fulfilling, significant, and fruitful life.
